      Job is not the worst and I like many of my coworkers.

      Clunky and outdated computer systems Complicated ordering process Clunky and time-consuming workflows Procedures that change often Trying to standardize across a bunch of different size/volume labs Confusing PTO policies/procedures Nonsense pay caps Lack of resources needed to do the job

      Toxic workplace, unhelpful management, no HR on-site, working with dangerous chemicals all day, very boring and repetitive work.
