      Pros

      Their facilities are located in a great complex with a good cafeteria.

      Cons

      The only give you half hour lunches, no time go out and get something if you forget your lunch. If you order from the cafeteria you have to order ahead of time, or you will not have enough time to eat. The pay is too low for the amount of production they want.

      Pros

      Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
