Pros
Salary, Health Benefits, time off allowance after 5 years ( if you make it that long).
Cons
Lots of job reductions. Upper management lies constantly about what is happening in the company. For a healthcare company they don't treat their employees with health problems very well. 9 years of loyalty and a couple months of a major illness and your gone.
