Quest Diagnostics, Inc. is one of the country's largest and most recognized clinical laboratories used. Their high quality, extensive services allows private practices, hospitals, and health care partners access to quality and efficient clincal laboratory testing and services. The company takes care of their workers and really ensures that the needs and wants of their staff are met. Their benefits include health insurance, 401k, and PTO just to name a few. They even have educational programs for students who want to move up in the company, with the benefits of paid tuition while working. How great is that?!
Cons
The workers. Many of these workers have a high and mighty attitude and it's really a heirarchy at the company. Seniority rules here. Without a doubt, I've had coworkers look into my drawers, read my personal letters and notes, and hound me about my personal life.
