      decent pay decent vacation great people to work with they're hiring

      Cons

      educated professionals (except IT) have to punch a time clock like factory workers communication is non-existent hours are horrible not enough work to do not enough training

      Relatively good benefits, difficult to get fired.

      Toxic workplace, unhelpful management, no HR on-site, working with dangerous chemicals all day, very boring and repetitive work.
