Pros
Working in a big company like Quest Diagnostics allows for a lot of movement within the company. The company encourages movement of it's employees to other internal available positions. Quest also has recognition programs which allow employees to nominate each other for good performance, awards range between $50-$500 in value.
Cons
The only negatives I can think of may be derived from one's direct manager. I've experienced mangers who are great leaders, while other won't even respond to e-mails.
