- Good benefits and pay - the company tries to communicate to employees - opportunities for additional training (Six Sigma, management training) - If you are a B-level performer, you can work here forever and never get found out
Cons
- silos: the business units each have their own goals and are often in competition - minimal opportunities to advance to senior management without relocation to Madison NJ - If you are naturally hard-working, your extra effort is not rewarded
