      Good benefits. Paid time off 5% 401k match and medical.

      Cons

      Overworked abs underpaid. You must negotiate your pay from the beginning profit sharing happens but usually isn’t much. Raises can range from 10cents-50cents. The only way to see a real pay increase is to get a promotion

      Pros

      Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
