Pros

I worked in a fun district and my manager was great.

Cons

They changed the bonus structure for 2015 by making it not solely based on numbers but how many times you use a detail screen, are you doing a pre-call plan for EVERY call, are you logging in your calls into salesforce.com in a timely fashion, etc. You might as well go work in primary care pharma sales cause this is the SAME micromanaging nonsense. They reduced their medical benefits and they cut their cell phone reimbursement which is where you do most of your company emails...way to keep people motivated. They shifted people around to new territories, "based on where you live." The SMART thing would've been basing it on how you are currently performing in your territory. And if they shift you to a new territory, you don't get any kind of guarantee if the territory is performing poorly. Nor do you get a raise in salary to offset your loss. Talk about complete lack of motivation. And speaking of salary increases, don't expect to surpass inflation on a year-year basis. The TOP rep gets a 3% increase, don't expect to make big bucks. And god forbid if a client moves, dies, etc...you're STILL responsible for their budget and will NEVER get relief. This company REALLY believes sales people are replaceable and clients will send no matter what rep services them.

Pros

Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

Cons

It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
