Pros
Health benefits, 401k, PTO, flexibility in some departments. Corporate discounts available at some retailers, recognition points can be traded for awards and gift cards. Bonuses and raises yearly.
Cons
High stress, too-high workload with no support, unfriendly and jaded people, rampant favoritism, dirty politics, missing or unavailable managers. Re-orgs every couple of months and huge staff reductions. No trust in senior management, completely unstable environment overall. High level people are bailing in droves, and with good reason.
