      Pros

      Job in itself is simple and emotionally rewarding, you actually feel like you're making a difference. Managers in Quest are amazing people with whom you can talk with no issues and they are always there to help. Hours of work are amazing as well.

      Cons

      Only downside is the wage which is only suitable if you're just starting in office administration or this is your first job in Ireland.

      Pros

      Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
