      Double pay on holidays, time and a half for OT, Usually set schedules, Discounts on super expensive insurance (however insurance is still expensive), depends on who you have as a supervisor/manager

      Cons

      Expensive benefits, Micromanagement, Poor training, ineffective management, lack of communication, favoritism for certain kinds of people, lots of rats and cry-babies, no room to advance, doesn't live up to core values

      Company car, not much else

      Sales Directors are the bottom of the barrel High expectations and the numbers/data suck No cell phone allowance Goals constantly increase and change The best part, Senior Leadership is weak, they can say anything they want and get away with it Who knew a Director could use curse words and make jokes about k!!ling someone that is a Vice President of one of the largest insurance companies in the state and just move on in her job Hard to believe that level of toxicity is tolerated Comments about LGBTQ from the health plan just go ignored Insanity at its finest
