      Pros

      Benefits are very good and affordable. Time off policy provides plenty of days to use. Although times are tough they have solid cash flow and are profitable. Work Life Balance

      Cons

      Not all work groups share information the same. Makes it where they get competitive and the entire company does not benefit.

      Pros

      Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
