      Remote work and maybe health screening (which other companies provide monetary incentives)

      Recently humbled by Labcorp in 2022, couldn’t even hit $1 billion in profit for 2022. You’re going to work insane hours and probably weekends as well. Teams are spread so thin due to a recent enterprise wide “transition”. Given three days to decide if employees want a demotion or leave the company with severance pay. They did this to an employee that’s been with the company for 10+ years and slaved away during COVID.

      Company car, not much else

      Sales Directors are the bottom of the barrel High expectations and the numbers/data suck No cell phone allowance Goals constantly increase and change The best part, Senior Leadership is weak, they can say anything they want and get away with it Who knew a Director could use curse words and make jokes about k!!ling someone that is a Vice President of one of the largest insurance companies in the state and just move on in her job Hard to believe that level of toxicity is tolerated Comments about LGBTQ from the health plan just go ignored Insanity at its finest
