Pros
“My Time” policy basically equaled unlimited time off. If you were lucky enough to have a manager that would approve your PTO requests you could take plenty of vacation time.
Cons
No loyalty - employees with good reviews and long careers laid off without cause Poor management - managers all reach a point where their job becomes pleasuring their directors and above. Nothing else is taken into account after that.
