Pros
People are nice. Office is beautiful, unlimited PTO. Theres a lot of opportunity to grow and learn from some pretty great people. Always doing new things.
Cons
Senior leaders pretend they care about you but its really all about the money to them. Only select Directors will go to bat for their teams, most of it is showing support to your face, but talking behind your back. It can be toxic at times. They track how often you go to the office through reporting with HR if you work in Secaucus (track everyone, not just specific individuals). We do multiple events for things like Pride month which is fantastic, we celebrate Diwali which I love, but we do not celebrate Christmas or New Years. I think we should celebrate everything!! Why pick and choose?
