      Pros

      P/T shift differential (15%) brings hourly wage up to $17.50 per hour when scheduled less then 29 hours per week

      Cons

      Impossible to get F/T employment. Each PSC has only 1 full time person...Quest fills the busy hours with part time help and each PSC differs. P/T positions can be as little as 3 hours per day, and P/t employees are forced to work every Saturday.

      Relatively good benefits, difficult to get fired.

      Cons

      Toxic workplace, unhelpful management, no HR on-site, working with dangerous chemicals all day, very boring and repetitive work.
