Pros

The company had great benefits, and was in a good location. I was able to do my job very well, and get a raise after the first 90 days of employment.

Cons

There was a lot of micromanagement. The employees are treated like pawns, and made to feel worthless to the company. They do not have family values, and they are constantly criticizing employees in a negative way IN FRONT of other employees.

Pros

Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

Cons

It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
