      Accrue a lot of time off (6hrs every 2 weeks) Pays well compared to other diagnostics labs Loved my coworkers

      Incredibly understaffed Sick days also come out of personal PTO bank Corporate doesn't understand what turnaround times are realistic based on the staff per shift

      Pros

      Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
