      Coworkers were fun Hours were semi flexible

      Cons

      Work was at times overwhelming Cut staffing of later hours, increased work of later hours. Late shift was expected to complete everything, even if morning/afternoon shift did not

      Pros

      Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
