      Pros

      Coworkers are helpful and supportive as we're all in this sinking ship together.

      Cons

      There's been a large shift away from employee satisfaction and instead towards productivity and profits. A large exodus of seasoned employees and mass incoming of new employees has made it difficult throughout the lab to maintain a high-level of quality results. The focus is on data, not employee satisfaction. Quantity over quality.

      Pros

      Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
