      Better Work Life Balance Started my career as Sr associate and had a good career progression and became a Lead Easy accessible to HR and Finance and support team.

      Cons

      I dont see much but 100% compliance they want to follow which may allow us to follow the policies accurately.

      Pros

      Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
