Pros
A handful of the workers are cool and great to work with. Ive met some of my best friends that Ive continued to stay friends with.
Cons
Tattle tell culture. Supervisors will write you up based off of what coworkers complain about. Some coworkers will lie about the work they claim you didn't do. Lab supervisor in automation on the 2nd shift in the lab is horrible. He knows absolutely nothing except hematology. But his ego is so big because they gave him the supervisory position. It obviously wasnt with merit. There is a reason why you only see immigrants and newly graduated college students there. Its a high turnover job.
