Pros
Don't usually have long hours (although this can depend on position). High turnover, so if you leave it's not unusual or surprising.
Cons
Company is painfully cheap, & goes out of their way to discourage and make it difficult for employees to move up. What upper management promises to the customer is often not possible for the employees to accomplish, which makes the employee look bad when the promise isn't followed through on. QuEST promises resources that they don't have and then push it off onto other employees.
