Pros

flexible schedule, gets your foot in the door to get notice by other companies. that's it. if you work here you will get noticed, but be prepared to get out of there as soon as you can.

Cons

employees are not valued. pay is unfair, i was hired at the same time and with the SAME experience for the SAME POSITION as another colleague and they paid the other employee 2$ more, I'm a woman and they were a man. management WILL treat women differently, they are treated rudely, ignored, and dismissed. you will get poor benefits. management will play favorites and you will not be listened to, management still has not said a complete sentence to me in my entire 2+ years of employment there. The phoenix office has major layoffs every year during Christmas time, so a lot of employees are left with no job during the holidays. no one communicates, and no one likes to take blame for anything. management has said point blank "id rather hire someone with a better personality, than hire someone who is qualified". how you get along with other employees should have nothing to do with your ability to do a job.

Pros

Mostly good people to work with. A couple bad apples. Flexible work schedule and accommodating when possible.

Cons

This is not a long term employer. No such thing as a direct hire full time employee. It is a contract company and when a contract is complete, so is your paycheck and/or job. True from junior employees up through executive staff. If you don't have billable hours to a contract, beware of the furlough/layoff. Very high turnover of employees. The bottom line will always win.
