Pros

I really enjoyed the team that I worked with, especially my manager. I gained a fair amount of experience working in the aviation industry.

Cons

While I only worked at a single office, my overall impression of Quest is that they did not care about the individual employees. Quest seeks to fill the market niche of the cheapest engineering services possible. Their business model is mostly “Local Global,” which is a nice way of saying they outsource as much work as they can to India. This is one way they reduce the cost of their services. The other is to hire inexperienced engineers and to not invest in them. While I was there, I received very little training, other than what I needed to do the exact job at hand and legally required training. My pay was also under industry standards. The turnover rate for engineers was close to 50%, with some engineers quitting out of frustration.

Pros

Mostly good people to work with. A couple bad apples. Flexible work schedule and accommodating when possible.

Cons

This is not a long term employer. No such thing as a direct hire full time employee. It is a contract company and when a contract is complete, so is your paycheck and/or job. True from junior employees up through executive staff. If you don't have billable hours to a contract, beware of the furlough/layoff. Very high turnover of employees. The bottom line will always win.
