Salary (bad for the work performed) Salary Bias (paying someone with less experience more money than someone with more experience) Ability to achieve Promotion Dishonesty Clique-ish Bad Benefits Bad HR Fear/Intimidation tactics used to keep people in line False Promises to lure people in (was promised first available promotion based on my experience just to not get it once it was available) Bad/Inexperienced Managers (Team Leads that pawn off various aspects of their job to their team so that they don't have to do them. In other words they get the benefits of being a Team Lead with minimal Team Lead Responsibility; Not knowing how to lead people in the first place; etc.) Benefits Package (Health Plan isn't all that great; Was forced to use vacation time when I was told I wouldn't be forced to use it during a shutdown in August; No Sick Time; etc.)
