Pros

When I first joined the company there was a great team in place with a really positive attitude.

Cons

The team was merged leading to a larger, weaker team. Perhaps somewhat due to the inabilities of some to adapt to the change, managers are reacting by micro-managing, which is frustrating for those who were previously working successfully with minimal supervision. Many are stuck on contracts for years with no end in sight, despite a number of people quitting permanent roles. Blatant favouritism and a lack of equal treatment of all. Mandatory overtime and difficult to get time off.

Pros

The new ELT has been making a lot of changes to shift Quest to newer products, focus, and GTM strategies. This has been much needed, and the future looks much brighter. Regardless of the changes, the culture of respect and inclusivity and people-support has remained. I would refer Quest as an employer, especially the Legal department, to anyone I know.

Cons

As with any period of changes and redirected focus, there has been some turmoil in reductions, tool/platform changes, etc. This would be a tough environment for anyone who has trouble adapting.
