Pros

This place is a good start to a sales career. The people are awesome and the culture is very supportive. The quota is also reasonable and easy enough to obtain (about 70-80% of reps on the team meet or exceed quota). They provide snacks daily and breakfast on Fridays, which is a nice perk. I also really like that they promote from within. They have clear paths for growth and no one really stays in this position for that long. I also like that I can leave work at work. There is no expectation to take calls or answer emails while you are outside of the office.

Cons

150 calls a day is a lot Cold calling sucks

Pros

The new ELT has been making a lot of changes to shift Quest to newer products, focus, and GTM strategies. This has been much needed, and the future looks much brighter. Regardless of the changes, the culture of respect and inclusivity and people-support has remained. I would refer Quest as an employer, especially the Legal department, to anyone I know.

Cons

As with any period of changes and redirected focus, there has been some turmoil in reductions, tool/platform changes, etc. This would be a tough environment for anyone who has trouble adapting.
