      Nice colleagues/team to work with

      Following a low cost approach since owned by an investor; Firing employees with huge product knowledge and replace them with low knowledged/cheaper people in low cost locations; no carreer options, no promotions and not much support from management to improve skills or move to another role. Quest family does not exist anymore; same name, but different company.

      Pros

      The new ELT has been making a lot of changes to shift Quest to newer products, focus, and GTM strategies. This has been much needed, and the future looks much brighter. Regardless of the changes, the culture of respect and inclusivity and people-support has remained. I would refer Quest as an employer, especially the Legal department, to anyone I know.

      Cons

      As with any period of changes and redirected focus, there has been some turmoil in reductions, tool/platform changes, etc. This would be a tough environment for anyone who has trouble adapting.
