You can work from home. The product is very good overall- QM has been a leader in assessment software in the past.

Cons

All of the cons of QM start and end with the CEO. He is a narcissistic micro-manager who says one thing one day and the opposite the next. He has ZERO interest in customer satisfaction since the only two things he cares about are himself and profit, in that order. He is hands-down the worst CEO with whom I've ever had the displeasure of working. The number of very talented people who have left the company because of him is truly astounding.

Pros

Questionmark does an amazing job of helping it's employees grow in the company. They have an amazing product, and genuinely care about the client and the staff. It is such a breath of fresh air compared to some of the companies I have worked for in the past.

Cons

They are spread all over the world, so time zones can be a challenge, but they do an amazing job of working within those boundaries, and respecting each person's freedoms.
