Pros

Work from home is possibility. Most non-management staff are kind and speak to you like a human, but most speak to you as a number.

Cons

Long hours, unbalanced leadership team who don't wish to take on workload and would rather see others fall in to a hole and not get out. All documents have to be put through the CEO and causes delays... Has no care in the world about customer/quality service. Only thing on his mind is profit and how good his house looks! A very arrogant human being!

Pros

Questionmark does an amazing job of helping it's employees grow in the company. They have an amazing product, and genuinely care about the client and the staff. It is such a breath of fresh air compared to some of the companies I have worked for in the past.

Cons

They are spread all over the world, so time zones can be a challenge, but they do an amazing job of working within those boundaries, and respecting each person's freedoms.
