Pros

Not sure there is one, except a great group of people working together for an owner who is clueless and blames everyone but himself. The programming of this software is absolutely horrible

Cons

Owner of company has no clue. Customers tolerance for the software is running out and the only reason it even exist is the lack of any compition

Pros

Questionmark does an amazing job of helping it's employees grow in the company. They have an amazing product, and genuinely care about the client and the staff. It is such a breath of fresh air compared to some of the companies I have worked for in the past.

Cons

They are spread all over the world, so time zones can be a challenge, but they do an amazing job of working within those boundaries, and respecting each person's freedoms.
