Good salary and possibility for good commissions.

Cons

CEO has created a culture where customers are looked upon as a nuisance, a "necessary evil". CEO also expresses schizophrenic tendencies- continually contradicts himself to the detriment of customer & employee relationships. Most employees are afraid of him. He is also a micromanager. If he spent more time looking at strategy and less time approving sales deals he could run the company better.

Pros

Questionmark does an amazing job of helping it's employees grow in the company. They have an amazing product, and genuinely care about the client and the staff. It is such a breath of fresh air compared to some of the companies I have worked for in the past.

Cons

They are spread all over the world, so time zones can be a challenge, but they do an amazing job of working within those boundaries, and respecting each person's freedoms.
