Pros

If I had to say something positive about QM, then it is that you work from home and do not have to see the management often. But you will hear from them on a daily basis.

Cons

Bullies, treat you like you are less worthy than they are. You cannot ask a question because then you will be treated as a loser, you get yelled at and it gets scary. There are few people that made it to "management" and they think they are god.

Pros

Questionmark does an amazing job of helping it's employees grow in the company. They have an amazing product, and genuinely care about the client and the staff. It is such a breath of fresh air compared to some of the companies I have worked for in the past.

Cons

They are spread all over the world, so time zones can be a challenge, but they do an amazing job of working within those boundaries, and respecting each person's freedoms.
