Pros

I get to work from home largely. Get a fair amount of freedom in working the hours that I want to on a specific day. Great people to work with, both friendly and smart. Flat structure, so there's not a lot of overhead. Get to travel a little for conferences. Offers better than average vacation time.

Cons

Flat structure is both a pro, and a con, not a lot of room to move up. I'm generally kept insulated from most management, but there is definitely issues with dramatically changing goals, mainly due to the CEO.

Pros

Questionmark does an amazing job of helping it's employees grow in the company. They have an amazing product, and genuinely care about the client and the staff. It is such a breath of fresh air compared to some of the companies I have worked for in the past.

Cons

They are spread all over the world, so time zones can be a challenge, but they do an amazing job of working within those boundaries, and respecting each person's freedoms.
