A company that rewards hard work - Account Manager Questionmark Corporation Employee Review

Having worked at Questionmark for a number of years, I was quite surprised to today discover Glassdoor and to read some of the negative remarks. This is a great company to work for. Questionmark fully supports hard work, listens to the ideas of the employees and supports their employees. Working in an SME requires all people to contribute to the success of the organisation and those people that are successful here are the ones that buy into the success of the company. People that are just 'getting paid' will probably not do well.
