Pros

The culture of the company

Cons

Free days. It's for a great cause, however very poor structure, and being forced to drive 2+ hours consistently while trying to worry about your own store and deadlines is extremely stressful. I thin there needs to be more available hire help for new store openings, not stress other stores to do so. We have so many more deadlines and requirements now as store leaders that it's almost too much. Another big con is the pay structure for store leaders. The new change to bonuses going to 3.5% EBITA was great, however with such strict requirements to hit benchmarks to recieve said bonus isn't fair in some aspects. We don't get salary increases unless drastic surpassing huge ebita benchmarks, isn't very professional. Some stores are stuck in smaller areas which those ebita goals don't grow very quickly over years unless the area grows. We are not keeping up with cost of living with our salaries, which making getting those bonuses so important. Having the Nps surveys attached to bonus is extremely discouraging to be a good leader as holding people accountable can cause them to leave a bad score on surveys, making losing a needed bonus devastating.

Pros

* Made some good friendships with coworkers. * Learned customer service skills and how to work in a fast-paced environment. * The job helped me gain work experience and confidence interacting with customers. * Some team members were supportive and willing to help new employees learn.

Cons

* I felt there was favoritism at times, and some employees seemed to be treated differently than others. * Communication from management was not always clear or consistent. * Safety and training expectations did not always seem to match what employees were being told to do on the job. For example, I was told by a supervisor that I could use the pressure washer while the wash was active, which conflicted with my training and understanding of safety procedures. * Concerns raised by employees did not always feel like they were taken seriously. * The work environment could become stressful due to management decisions and workplace drama.
