HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT /LOW PAY AND LOW HOURS - Car Washer (Service Agent) Quick Quack Car Wash Employee Review

Very good if you love to interact with people, fun, teaches you a lot of skills, helps you step out of your comfort zone!!

I would consider this job to have no cons

Good pay, Snacks, Get to be outside, Getting to hand out ducks and stickers to families, sometimes see pets

Favoritism, Accomodations, Working outside of your pay (a lot of mechanical unsafe maintenance involved for someone who wasn’t told that would be part of the job at all), Dangerous, Having to stick to an approach and getting written up if you change the wording, even for using “which” instead of “what” like they want. Micromanaged, not being paid the same as my coworkers because they know management personally. (3-4 $ differences), not being able to get my shifts covered due to legitimate issues but my coworkers being able to take days off whenever due to knowing management personally
