Decent work schedule and culture.

Work and life balance can get hard at times and no yearly raises for our position. Every other position gets a raise from hourly team members to Directors of Operations but not store leaders.

Good pay, Snacks, Get to be outside, Getting to hand out ducks and stickers to families, sometimes see pets

Favoritism, Accomodations, Working outside of your pay (a lot of mechanical unsafe maintenance involved for someone who wasn’t told that would be part of the job at all), Dangerous, Having to stick to an approach and getting written up if you change the wording, even for using “which” instead of “what” like they want. Micromanaged, not being paid the same as my coworkers because they know management personally. (3-4 $ differences), not being able to get my shifts covered due to legitimate issues but my coworkers being able to take days off whenever due to knowing management personally
