Okay company - Team Lead Quick Quack Car Wash Employee Review

I have the best manager and coworkers! I love having my own membership, love connecting with others.

The uniform button up is my least favorite thing about the job.

Good pay, Snacks, Get to be outside, Getting to hand out ducks and stickers to families, sometimes see pets

Favoritism, Accomodations, Working outside of your pay (a lot of mechanical unsafe maintenance involved for someone who wasn’t told that would be part of the job at all), Dangerous, Having to stick to an approach and getting written up if you change the wording, even for using “which” instead of “what” like they want. Micromanaged, not being paid the same as my coworkers because they know management personally. (3-4 $ differences), not being able to get my shifts covered due to legitimate issues but my coworkers being able to take days off whenever due to knowing management personally
