During my time at Quick Quack, I found it challenging due to the lack of support from management. The store leader was often absent, leaving me to juggle both their responsibilities and my own, which was quite overwhelming. The membership requirements felt unreasonable, and failure to meet them could lead to write-ups. Additionally, the policy of wearing recorders added to the discomfort. It seemed like upper management allowed store leaders to avoid accountability, which created a frustrating work environment.
