Cons
Certain deadlines and projects can be challenging & stressful at times, but overall, these projects provide vital developmental experience and every team member at Quickbox is willing to help out and fun to work with.
This company as a whole careless about its employees. They use a point system that sets employees up for failure. The points do not roll off, and its up to the managers to make sure points are removed when they should not have been applied. We earn paid sick time but you are still pointed if you call out sick, even if you have a doctors excuse. You are given a 3 minute grace past your clock in time before you are pointed. You will be expected to work ALL holidays. Management is hired and promoted based on who you know/ who your friends with. They mainly hire temps with the goal of converting them to full time employees. would not recommend!! Temps have been chance of not being let go.
