Pros

Benefits, and the people you work with

Cons

Salaried employees are currently managing a very high workload and level of responsibility. In addition to their scheduled 50-hour workweeks, they handle hundreds of calls and texts each month and remain on call around the clock. This level of availability and communication often brings the total workload closer to 60 hours per week. Employees are also expected to meet additional criteria beyond their defined job descriptions—often without the additional time, resources, or training needed to successfully meet those expectations. Currently, only 4 hours per week are allotted for following up on 21 shifts, overseeing 30+ employees, completing administrative tasks, and training staff. The expectations for the role are extremely ambitious given the current structure. To ensure continued success and sustainability, it may be worth re-evaluating workload distribution, time allocation, and available support resources.

Pros

For part-time flexible hours and if you're a student you can get tuition reimbursement (If you work +13 hours and payed for your tuition). Also, good bounce as you work more hours. And once you stay long enough you can get health insurance and vacation days paid (you can get these benefits has a full time, but if you're and in high school and going to college after this would be better to keep flexible hours and later on get the perks),

Cons

At first, they give you a lot of information and even as you work with the company, there will be new things to learn. Bad thing about that is that store managers can get mad because other managers haven't explained to the clerks. So, it can be frustrating, this job is also a lot of talking so if your shy then that would be a problem.
