Pros
Very good pay, awesome bonuses every month and throughout the year, weekly paycheck, same schedule every week with two nights off in a row. Everyone treats you with respect and are fun to work with, great environment and awesome company that cares about every store and employee. Everyone has to start at the bottom which means that every person on top has been in your position, that's rare in a company. They truly care about the employee, but definitely expect hard work. It's not for everyone, you can't get overwhelmed easily and must be able to multi-task, be energetic, clean bathrooms, take out trash and other dirty jobs, but the starting pay and benefits are amazing. I love it so far.
Cons
The night schedule is tough and sleeping during the day means you don't see your family or friends that often, but if you manage your time-off well, you can make it work. Working 46-50 hours a week as an assistant can be tough, the job is hard and dirty, a lot of multi-tasking, but like I said, it's not for everyone. If you're willing to work hard, you will definitely be rewarded.
