Benefits and pay . They have great benefits and really take care of their people in this regard. Free drinks and always busy ( if you like staying busy) give gifts every year and etc
Cons
Where do I start... the most shady promotion system I've seen in my life . They will promote based off favorites instead of hard work. Managers are clueless and rely on how attractive or who you know. I stepped down because of being robbed and no one even offered a development program to get back on full time . The managers have favorites they promote and you can go years without promotion only to watch a basically new hire get promoted for no real reason just a favorite. Shady customers, horrible schedules , no breaks , awful awful supervisors ( some) , lazy clerks, lazy assistants that take a gas station job too serious. Will barely reimburse you for all the miles you will drive going store to store ..
