Pros

QuikTrip feels like family, if you're cool with everyone. Get to see a lot of radiant smiles everyday, always something to keep you on your feet and makes your shifts go by quicker. The company raises its clerk wages depending on the cost of living, which is fantastic! You can really feel how well the company will take care of you IF you put in the work. There's a feel-good sense that this isn't just a company you're stuck with, it's great knowing that you CAN actually move up the totem pole. Nice bonuses, flexibility is second to none as a PT Clerk ERP. Tuition reimbursement is awesome! You have to make sure you take advantage of everything this company has to offer.

Cons

Sometimes you're stuck at a store with clerks who aren't putting in the work that you are, and yet get promoted faster. Rude customers will make your blood boil at times. As an ERP, you'll occasionally walk into a store that's an absolute disaster, and it's hard keeping your motivation going during those shifts. At times you might feel like you aren't getting the credit you deserve for bending backwards on the clock. ERP's are always the scapegoat for things wrong within the store, we get "shoved" around a lot, usually doing the dirty work that the assistants don't want their store clerks doing, definitely not fair.

Pros

For part-time flexible hours and if you're a student you can get tuition reimbursement (If you work +13 hours and payed for your tuition). Also, good bounce as you work more hours. And once you stay long enough you can get health insurance and vacation days paid (you can get these benefits has a full time, but if you're and in high school and going to college after this would be better to keep flexible hours and later on get the perks),

Cons

At first, they give you a lot of information and even as you work with the company, there will be new things to learn. Bad thing about that is that store managers can get mad because other managers haven't explained to the clerks. So, it can be frustrating, this job is also a lot of talking so if your shy then that would be a problem.
