-Corporate has cut so many hours in stores making it nearly impossible to get your tasks done. All the good people who have been with company are leaving and finding employment elsewhere. -Very understaffed because the company only cares about maximizing its profit. -Have to put with the stress of dealing with rude and confrontational customers all day. -Wages for clerks are no longer competitive. Too much is expected and required from a clerk for such little pay. -They just about hire anyone who can stand and breathe now due to all the people who are leaving. This has resulted in poor quality workers. -Corporate doesn't care about the store employees as long as they're making the company money.
