-Everybody gets promoted from within so if you work hard you can reach the top very easily. -Huge family, everybody knows each other and everybody's more than willing to help you out! -Instant feedback on performance! -Great pay, awesome promotion potential, and great benefits. -Managers are helpful and respectful when you go to them, and corporate is made up of 100% really genuinely nice and professional people! -CEO is a true man of the people! still takes time to personally check up on every single store, Amazing! -How they treat employees is the #1 priority -Working hard is expected of you, but if you help QT they will defiantly reward you for it! -I've worked here for 3 months and I'm not leaving for 20+ years,Amazing Company! -Privately owned by CEO and employees, no stock holders to please! I could go on and on, but I recommend just applying and find out how good they really are yourself! 97%out of 100%!
Cons
It will get busy sometimes on register but if you stay calm and collected then its no big deal! Not very much I can say bad about them!
