Pros

QuikTrip knows how to treat it's employees, even as the lowest rung on the ladder, I immediately saw the good. Flexible schedules; easy to trade shifts, pick up shifts, get days off. Pay is great, especially for a first job. After working the first six months, clerks receive a bonus determined by amount of hours worked, and every six months that follow. You also receive a monthly customer service bonus. If you ever have any issues, any manager or corporate personnel can help. Promotions are all too frequent, and it is not hard to advance. QuikTrip is a faced-paced work environment, and without question one of the best places to work around.

Cons

Bare in mind that QuikTrip is a customer service oriented company, therefor, working in the store, you will have many customers who treat you very rude, and inappropriately. It is, however, one of the very few cons to the job.

Pros

For part-time flexible hours and if you're a student you can get tuition reimbursement (If you work +13 hours and payed for your tuition). Also, good bounce as you work more hours. And once you stay long enough you can get health insurance and vacation days paid (you can get these benefits has a full time, but if you're and in high school and going to college after this would be better to keep flexible hours and later on get the perks),

Cons

At first, they give you a lot of information and even as you work with the company, there will be new things to learn. Bad thing about that is that store managers can get mad because other managers haven't explained to the clerks. So, it can be frustrating, this job is also a lot of talking so if your shy then that would be a problem.
